The newest addition to the MT-G lineup, the MTGB2000D-1A packs the latest cutting-edge technology into a streamlined, shock-resistant and refined design. By using layered composite bands of hollow metal segments encasing fine resin parts, G-SHOCK has managed to create a watch that feels like metal but weighs 15 percent less than its predecessors. Refined and Durable, Yet Wearable: Not only does the MTGB2000D-1A feature G-SHOCK’s insanely durable Carbon Core Guard structure (keeping the watch module protected against whatever may come your way), it combines that with an additional Metal Core Guard structure for even greater strength and durability. The result is a watch that is not only refined and wearable, but is rugged and will stand up to anything you can throw at it.

Well-Connected Technology: The MTGB2000D-1A’s module is Bluetooth® compatible, allowing you to easily connect and sync with a smartphone running the G-SHOCK Connected app. This provides access to a host of additional functionalities, like home-world time city swapping and allowing you to check the battery level on the watch’s Tough Solar power system — which comes in handy when keeping your watch paired via Bluetooth.

Always Accurate: In addition to connecting with G-SHOCK’s online time server via the G-SHOCK Connected app (which adjusts the time automatically even as you move between time zones), the MTGB2000D-1A also features something called MULTIBAND 6. This automatically adjusts your watch’s time settings by receiving a time calibration signal from one of six transmission stations located around the globe. That means you can rely on your watch’s accuracy no matter where you are in the world — even without your smartphone.
