Britain is one of the hotspots that’s seen the emergence of a watch micro-brand micro-industry. There are more small, independent watch companies than you possibly realize, and one that should be on the radar of car enthusiasts in particular is Boston & Stewill. The brand focuses on automotive themes with British design and Swiss production, and their signature three-hand automatic model just got a couple of new limited edition color schemes.

Topped with sapphire crystal, the Boston & Stewill Tourer’s dial clearly takes some retro racing inspiration with its sporty font and a 6 o’clock subdial meant to reference the shape of vintage cars’ radiator grilles. Its 40mm case houses a Swiss automatic Sellita SW260 movement with 38 hours of power reserve. With a midnight blue dial variant and a sportier grey dial with orange highlights, each version is limited to 100 pieces and has a price of ~$835. There are further standard Boston & Stewill Tourer editions in a few more styles also worth checking out for around $705.
