We’re no strangers here at Gear Patrol to cool Timex collaborations, and we imagine that you aren’t either, should you be a regular reader. The latest from the storied brand is the Referee Watch, a collaboration with British designer Nigel Cabourn. Active in fashion for over 50 years, Cabourn paid homage to his childhood playing football (the British kind, of course) on the Referee watch, which features the first 45 minutes of the dial done up in a cool red/orange, in reference to a 45 minute-long half of a soccer match.

The Referee otherwise features a 40mm steel case, special fluted crown, 50m of water resistance, quartz movement, and two straps: a leather model from S.B. Foot Tanning Co, and a single-pass “claret and blue” strap. The watch ships in a special vintage-style cotton drill branded case in claret and blue, with an MSRP of $162.17
