This week, the Palexpo facility in Geneva, Switzerland, will become the center of the watch world for the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, or SIHH, a luxury watch show rivaled only by BaselWorld in relevance and prestige. We saw a great mix of watches on Day Three of SIHH, though it was mostly the complicated pieces that tended to stand out, from Greubel Forsey’s Balancier Contemporain to Jaeger LeCoultre’s Master Ultra Thin Moon Enamel. That being said, we’re still obsessing over IWC’s updates to it’s Pilot’s Watch line, including the Spitfire Automatic, which brings an in-house movement to a classic military aesthetic.
