It’s that time again — a new, special-edition Timex is upon us.
This time, the American-founded brand teamed up with online retailer Huckberry on a fun new version of its beloved Q, dubbing it the Huckberry x Timex “Cola” Sport Watch. It largely retains the original Q’s dimensions, but features an entirely new dial inspired by ’70s and ’80s styling: black with red crosshairs, it has polished, faceted hour markers, a “lollipop” handset filled with vintage-colored lume, and an aluminum, dive-style “coke” bezel in black and red. You also get the Q’s day-date display, a handy feature to be sure.
Accompanying the 38mm watch is a woven stainless steel bracelet, while powering it is a reliable Seiko PC33 quartz movement with a battery hatch, allowing for easy battery changes without a trip to the jeweler. 50m of water resistance, a domed acrylic crystal and Indiglo lume round out the package.
HuckberryAs ever with the Timex Q series, the watch is eminently affordable at just $189. A limited edition made exclusively for Huckberry, the “Cola” surely won’t last long, so if you want one, be sure to act fast.
