    24 Hours on a Navy Supercarrier

    Even if you aren’t up to date on your Navy knowledge, you may recognize the USS Carl Vinson Nimitz-class nuclear supercarrier as the ship that played host to the Michigan State and North Carolina basketball game last Friday. It was also tasked more formally with escorting Osama’s body out to sea six months earlier.

    The Racer’s Group: 2011 Finale

    This short film was put together by the TRG racing team and chronicles the final event of the American Le Mans Series in 2011. Dubbed Le Petit Le Mans: Road Atlanta, as the name implies, the event is designed as a mini version of the renowned Le Mans endurance race and ends only after 1,000 miles have been covered, or 10 hours have past.

    Beastie Boys – Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win

Directed by Spike Jonze and featuring musical guest Santigold, the lengthy spectacle runs 11:00 minutes long (that’s just two minutes shy of Thriller proportions), and contains some of the campiest satire we’ve seen since Team America.

    Football Cops Trailer

Yes, but given the hilarious nature of the trailer and the fact that it involves grid iron stars Peyton and Eli Manning donning fake staches and hurling spirals of death…we still just had to share.

One especially stunning capture is a Rolex photographed using the multi-shot feature, which merges six 50 megapixel shots into one mind-bogglingly immense 200 mp still.
