Lit Cam is a new app that helps iPhones take better photos in low-light situations or even in complete darkness. It lets users control the brightness of the camera’s rear flash, as well as the brightness of the screen for shooting dimly lit selfies. It also lets you adjust the tone of the brightness, so you can make a subject feel warmer or cooler without having to add a filter or edit it in post.
Low-light photography has been a pain point for most smartphones, with the notable exception of the Google Pixel 3 and its fantastic Night Sight feature. However, this app aims to remedy that for iPhone users. If you shoot a lot of macro photos in low light, or selfies, give this $2 app a try.
