Mophie’s new powerstation with Lightning connector ($60) is a small 5,050mAh portable power bank that, according to the company, is extend the battery of an iPhone X by 20 hours, an iPad mini 4 by seven hours, and an iPad 10.5-inch by four hours. The power bank has two USB ports so you can charge two devices simultaneously. And, as the name suggests, it charges via a Lightning cable, so you can it with the same way you charge many of your Apple devices.

Obviously, Mophie is well known for its portable power banks, and this isn’t the first one that they’ve announced that charge via Lightning. This past summer is released the powerstation plus XL, a 10,000mAh portable battery that came with a built-in Lightning cord and it had nice a fabric finish.

I’d actually argue that the powerstation plus XL is still the better deal, as its nicer, larger and its price appears to have dropped from $100 to $70 – but it’s only available in light blue on the company’s website. The argument for the new powerstation with Lightning connector, however, is that it’s slightly smaller and cheaper, but admittedly not by much. It also has two USB ports instead of one, but lacks the built-in Lightning cord.

The Mophie powerstation with Lightning connector is available now for $60, and you can order it in three different colors: black, grey or red.
