This Is the Thinnest Wireless iPhone Charger I’ve Seen

Fast charging?

You probably know Peel for its “Super Thin” line of smartphone cases, which are in fact super thin. (It’s more about scratch protection than drop protection.) Now the smartphone accessory maker has revealed its a different kind of smartphone accessory with the Super Thin Wireless Charger ($49). As its name suggestions, it’s a very thin Qi-wireless charger for the latest iPhone and Android smartphones. The company’s website calls it “impossibly thin.”

The charger is available in two colors, white and black, and it’s capable of outputting 10-watts, the necessary power needed to “fast charge” the latest iPhone and Android smartphones. However, it’s unclear if the charger comes with a wall adapter (not all do), but I’m guessing it does judging by its relatively high price. (You can find similar wireless chargers by Anker, RavPower and Belkin, and most of them come with a hefty wall adapter able to output 10-watts.)

The Peel Super Thin Wireless Charger is available for preorder now. It’s expected to ship this summer.
