If you’re like my mom, you love tech — you just need a lot of help with it. Each time I come home there’s a litany of problems waiting to be solved. The Sonos speakers are broken. They’re not. My iPhone hates me. It doesn’t. Can you make me a Gmail account? Absolutely, because I’m a good son.
