Filson Just Released New Styles of Boots. They Don’t Disappoint

Filson, the Seattle-based outdoor brand founded in 1897, just released three new rugged boots. The styles — a slip-on boot, a roper boot and a service boot — offer something for every guy. Made in Portugal, they’re Goodyear welted, so they can be re-soled after years of use, and they all include tough Vibram soles. Slip-On Work Boots

Made with thick, oiled leather, these boots have heavy-duty gore at the sides to ensure they’re easy-on, easy-off. Taller than other Chelsea boot styles, they’ve offer a secure fit that’s great for everyday wear and work.

Roper Boots

This Western boot style is made with thick, oiled leather and has a 10-inch shaft for protection in the field. For traction on uneven terrain, the boot has a Vibram Kletterlift outsole with EVA cushioning for added comfort.

Inspired by vintage military boots, this everyday style features a combination of full grain, oiled leather and roughout leather. The style has a Goodyear storm-welt and gusseted tongue for added weather protection.
