Two stalwarts of performance gear have just come together for a stylish set of sneakers you won’t want to miss. Japanese brand Asics has been known for its stylish athletic sneakers since its founding in 1949 while Canadian outfitter Reigning Champ has built its reputation on crafting some of the best sweats, jackets and gear for physically active lifestyles. The two have had an ongoing partnership and this season has yielded another set of covetable sneakers in the form of Asics’ Gel Cumulus 21 and Gel-Quantum 360 5, both part of the two’s Vancouver Edition collaboration.
Retailing for $130, the Gel Cumulus 21 features a glacier-grey palette with a mix of ripstop and mesh at the upper with a waterproof Gore-Tex lining and sits atop FlyteFoam and AHAR outsole. At $150, the Gel-Quantum 360 5 is built for the trail and boasts a tonal navy colorway with ripstop and suede panels, a convenient shock cord lace system, mud guard and reflective panels.
This special release has already sold out at the Asics website, but thankfully both Need Supply and Huckberry just got its shipment. Though you’d better hurry.
