Available in quarter sizes.

A new minimalist sneaker brand called Atoms is offering a shoe that’s just what your summer wardrobe needs. The Brooklyn-based start-up released the Model 000, a unisex style inspired by classic tennis shoes with a durable textile upper and comfortable foam sole. Because the majority of people have feet that differ in size, the sneakers are available in quarter sizes, and when ordering, customers can receive three pairs of shoes based on their standard shoe size, pick unique left and right sizes and return the rest for no additional cost.

The Model 000 has a foam midsole that delivers continued comfort for the life of the shoe. It also features unique stretch laces that stay tied and allow the shoe to be slipped on and off with or without socks. If you opt for the latter and go barefoot, an antimicrobial copper lining is designed to keep the sneakers fresh through the summer months.

Available in three colors — black, white and black/white — these sneakers cost $179. So if you’re looking for a great understated shoe and value a perfect fit, these are definitely worth checking out.
