There’s an almost overwhelming temptation in early spring to cast off outerwear wholesale — especially if you live in the kind of climate that requires months of bundling up in winter just to leave the house. But here’s the reality: It’s not going to be warm enough for tank tops and shorts in these regions any time soon. So in the meantime, you’re going to need an adaptable lightweight jacket that looks good and works hard at keeping spring’s chill at bay.
