NYC-based premium denim brand 3×1 recently teamed up with staples brand GoodLife to produce a collaboration of wardrobe basics with a twist. This collection of tees and sweatpants is made in the USA and utilizes 3×1 fabric scraps from Japan. The overdyed Split Hem Pocket Crew ($75) is cut from heavyweight cotton and has a contrast chest pocket made with deadstock fabric from the Collect mill in Japan. The complementary sweatpant ($155) is made from supple cotton loop terry and includes a railstripe denim crotch gusset, also from the Collect mill. If you’re in need of some new basics and want something, well, less basic, this collab is worth checking out.
