Canadian boot maker Viberg teamed up with Washington-based menswear boutique Division Road to release the Horween Heritage Collection, a selection of four styles featuring the legendary Chicago leather. The collection features two work boots and two trench boots. The work boots both feature split soles (the forefoot and heel are separated by the leather half-slip midsole) and have larger silhouettes and taller heels which pay homage to vintage styles. The trench boots have low-profile designs updated with stacked leather midsoles and Vibram Mini Ripple wedge soles — a combination that feels both classic and modern. Pairing Horween leather with Viberg’s construction makes perfect sense, and this new release seems just at home in Viberg’s established line-up as it does in this capsule collection.
