Only a few short months ago, Scandinavian outfit Woxna delivered one of the most interesting, innovative bushcraft survival tools I’ve seen in years. With its button-locking folding saw, the brand brilliantly imbued EDC-inspired mechanisms into a hardcore survival tool.
Now, Woxna is back with an exceptional evolution of (and upgrade to) that very same innovation. The Woxna Söderfors Foldable Saw is the first-ever to utilize a beloved, entrancing everyday carry blade material.

Sawing logs
Much of what made Woxna’s original folding saws so great remains in this new edition. For instance, the Söderfors comes in two blade lengths: 250 mm (9.84 inches) and 180 mm (7.09 inches).
They are also both made with hardwood handles — walnut, in this case. That handle choice harkens to their Scandinavian heritage and plays well with their outdoorsy intent.
Like their predecessors, these saws fold in half like pocket knives and have a handy, secure, easy-to-use button lock.
