Ben and Athena Petersen started Knafs as a side hustle out of a garage in 2018. Since then, the company hit paydirt with its Lander series of EDC knives. All sharing the same signature silhouette (even the Nintendo Wii version), these knives are well-balanced in styling and functionality, making them excellent go-to folders.
Following its fifth iteration โ a wildly affordable design meant to be the best all-around starter knife โ the brand is already back again. The Knafs Lander 6 is the smallest take on the beloved series and also the most affordable.

Chain gang
As mentioned, the Knafs Lander 6 is by far the smallest model in the series. It measures only 3.77 inches in total and is even smaller when closed โ about the same length as a house key.
As you might expect, that makes this knife ideal for keychain carry. However, it does not lack functionality. It has many of the same features youโd expect out of a full-sized folding knife.
That includes a back lock. Yes, this knife is still locking, even as small as it is. This adds some security to it, especially when in use. It also helps elevate it beyond just being a novelty.
