There are bicycles, and there are motorcycles. And then there’s the new Vintage Electric Scrambler, which is not so easily defined. Yes, you can pedal it like the former. At the same time, you can thumb the throttle and go up to 36 miles per hour, gliding over terrain courtesy of forgiving front suspension (60mm of travel) and a 1,123-watt battery fueling a whisper-quiet rear hub motor.
On a full charge, which takes 4.5 hours, the bike packs a 75-mile range (thanks, regenerative hydraulic disc brakes!) and the versatility of five power modes. Throw in leather accents throughout, an LED headlamp and that sexy, classic v-twin styling, and you’ve got a ride that can go anywhere — fast — and look good doing it.
