Long before Reese Witherspoon appeared in Wild decked out in Danner boots, the style was revered in the Pacific Northwest. Danner pumps out new collaborations pretty regularly (Topo Designs, Patagonia, Orvis, Filson and Engineered Garments to name a few), and the latest one with United by Blue is quite the looker. The UBB x Danner Light Bison Boot in driftwood is made with premium Horween waterproof leather and features a Gore-Tex liner. The outsole is just as hefty as its predecessors’ thanks to Vibram rubber, and the entire boot is made in the USA.
The boots launch today and are just the start of this collaboration. The four-piece collection includes a men’s and women’s Bison Boot ($390), a beanie ($58) and Bison socks ($38), and all are accented with a heathered green color.
