The winners of the Red Dot Best Product Design Award for 2018 are finally here. In case you aren’t familiar, the Red Dot Awards are an international product and communication design prize awarded by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen, Germany with various categories for product design, design agencies and design concepts. Since 1955, the Red Dot awards have honored the most well-designed products in the world across 48 different categories, ranging from lamps to furniture to garden tools to sports equipment to bikes and watches. The individuals in charge of disseminating the awards include 40 international professors, doctors and more.
