At its flagship store today in Austin, Texas, Yeti announced two new products: the LoadOut Bucket, a souped-up workhorse of a plastic pail, and the Panga, Yeti’s first-ever duffel bag. True to form, both products are over-engineered to withstand years of relentless abuse. The LoadOut Bucket, ideal for ranch work, angling and hunting, borrows much of the same technology used in Yeti’s famed hardshell coolers: extreme impact resistance, a rugged handle, multiple tie-down points, food-safe plastic and a grippy rubber bottom. Three accessories — a utility belt, an interior caddy and a watertight lid — are sold separately. The Panga duffel functions much like Yeti’s softshell coolers, but without insulation. The thick nylon skin is highly puncture- and abrasion-resistant, and the zipper is totally waterproof. It’s available in three sizes: 50 liters, 75 liters and 100 liters.
The LoadOut Bucket will be available for purchase in August; the Panga will be available in mid-July.
