Niner also claims it’s the only Carbon 29er mountain bike in the world that can also be run as a single-speed or geared bike depending on preferences thanks to its versatile bottom bracket hole.
Meant to be flexible for both downhill, and all mountain use, its hardtail (a.k.a rear suspension-less) design incorporates alloy at critical structural junctions, enhancing the bike’s durability despite its light weight build. Sold in “Tang” and “Vana White” color options, this unique frame will finally be available in March after being announced back in 2009 for a hard-core enthusiast price of $1,899.
