Earlier this year, PK Grills released the PKTX, a cast-aluminum charcoal grill that used the same top capsule as the original PKs of yesteryear but featured wheels and a folding body for increased portability. The brand seems to be taking a similar line with its latest, the PKGO, a lightweight aluminum frame that suspends the PK grill capsule about four inches off the ground. For cooks who already own a PK grill, the frame costs little more than $100, but newbies to the modular grilling system will need to fork over $350 for both the cart and capsule. Available now.
