Two things we know: Snow Peak makes killer products, and we have entered prime grilling season. Previously, Snow Peak released a bulky outdoor kitchen setup with a whole host of attachments and modular functionality, but it was size-prohibitive. Today, however, the brand released a smaller, easier-to-break-down outdoor grill table and it might have hit the sweet spot. The Iron Grill Table Slim has space for three of any of Snow Peak’s Iron Grill Table add-ons (called “inserts”) and it’s made of stainless steel and sturdy teak.
The inserts, of which there are many, fit both the original Iron Grill Table and the new slim version — perhaps the most notable being the Double BBQ Box, which is essentially a height-adjustable Japanese robata grill. Do yourself a favor and throw a cut of well-marinated carne asada on it.
