The Element Portable ($150) is Fuego’s latest gorgeous grilling creation. Not only is it small, but it’s cleverly designed aluminum legs also fold up to become a convenient handle for easy toting, while a huge red rubber band ensures the lid stays in place. A shoulder strap is also available — making the Element Portable the most desirable murse we’ve ever come across. On the cooking side, the grill can apparently dish out 8,000-B.T.U’s and will be available March 25th for a reasonable $150. Now our only remaining question is, where do we find chefs like her?
