Efficient. Precise. Timeless. There are no shortage of words to describe the Technivorm Moccamaster. But affordable usually isn’t one of them.
No matter: the world’s best coffee maker has little issue making its way into kitchens and cafes, despite a price tag that costs 10 times that of your standard Mr. Coffee (unless it’s owned by one very famous director, of course).
The company estimates that it has manufactured over 10 million Moccamaster machines since the 1960s, each one built by hand in The Netherlands.

Still today, it routinely tops buying guides, wedding registries and Christmas lists, thanks to a signature copper element that heats water to 205°F degrees in seconds, not to mention simply looking badass on countertops.
Still not sold?
Of less than 30 coffee makers to currently hold certification from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), a third are various versions of the Moccamaster.
