Welcome to Window Shopping, a weekly exercise in lusting over home products we want in our homes right the hell now. This week: a TV stand nicer than your TV, award-winning coffee and more.

Aeon Chef’s Knife
According to Wüshof Chairman Harald Wüsthof, the new Aeon collection is “designed for the chef who has a passion for form and function.” It’s also for someone with a lot of extra cash on hand, but if you can splurge on it, you won’t be disappointed. The knives — a chef’s knife, serrated knife and santoku knife — use high-carbon stainless-steel blades that are coated with Diamond-Like Coating, or DLC. The DLC adds a black-ish tint to the blade that is more than just for looks — it also has superior scratch-resistance and protects the blade from liquids, acids and starches. The cherry on top of the whole thing is the handle made from 3,249-year-old Scandinavian bogwood, because if you’re spending $600 on a knife, you pull out all the stops.

The Media Console
Floyd is expanding its shelving system with the introduction of a media console. It’s designed to be the perfect height for optimal TV viewing from your sofa, and there’s a decent amount of storage for your cable boxes, gaming systems and miscellaneous items. You can add additional cabinets to keep the clutter hidden from sight, and if you already have Floyd storage, the media console integrates into for a truly decked-out shelving system. At most, it takes 20 minutes to assemble and after that, you’re practically set for life.

Composed Stool
NYC design studio Ladies & Gentlemen is finally rounding out its Composed series with Dims. with the launch of its stool. Designed to complement Dims.’ best-selling Composed Vanity II, the stool maintains a similar aesthetic with slim powder-coated steel legs and an ash wood top. Although branded as a stool, it also pulls double duty as a side table.
