In Honor of National Beer Day, a Toast to Our Favorite Beers and Brewers

But National Beer Day, observed on April 7, is different. It marks the anniversary of the Cullen-Harrison Act, the first step toward repealing Prohibition that allowed Americans to purchase beer no stronger than 4.05% ABV.
