Single-use pour-over coffee kits have been gaining traction in Japan, and thanks to newly launched Copper Cow Coffee, they’re landing stateside — with a twist.
Named one of the top 10 most innovative products at the Specialty Food Association’s 2017 Winter Fancy Food Show, Copper Cow Coffee is introducing all-in-one, single-use, Vietnamese-style pour-over kits. Each kit is comprised of a paper filter filled with coffee beans sustainably sourced from Vietnam’s central highlands, packets of California-sourced condensed milk and wooden stirrers — making morning pour-overs easier, and Vietnamese coffee more accessible. Available now for pre-order, Copper Cow Coffee kits are slated to ship March 1.
