Tate’s Cookies

A Taste from Southhampton

I don’t have a sweet tooth, but Tate’s are enough to make even the greatest savory champions reconsider sugar. Born from Kathleen King’s farm stand at the age of 11, Tate’s (named after her father) is now a Southhampton institution, known for their delicious and highly addictive cookies. Defined by their crispy texture, and rich buttery taste, one bite is all the motivation you’ll need to find the bottom of the bag.

Thankfully, this small business success has led to nation wide sales and a robust online store, meaning you can try some for yourself minus the million dollar beach homes and pastel popped collars. Great for gifts to family friends, or for times when you’re really in the dog house with your better half, we’d recommend picking up their cookie six pack. Explore all their flavors including chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and white chocolate chip macadamia nut, or snag all of the same kind. The choice is yours. Be prepared for the shakes though when they’re no longer around.

Cost: $35
