We’ve all heard about (and likely experienced first-hand) COVID-related supply chain delays that have plagued the furniture industry for over two years. Well, there’s finally a bright side to it.

It was reported earlier this year that retail giant Walmart had excessive inventory because once the brand’s stock finally started to reach pre-pandemic levels, inflation caused consumers to shop less. From September 20 to September 28, Wayfair is slashing prices up to 60% off on select furniture and home decor to get rid of overstock inventory.

Instead of focusing on one specific type of product as home sales usually do, Wayfair is literally trying to get rid of as much inventory as possible, so the e-tailer has dropped prices across the board.
