The Perfect All-Weather Motorcycle Jacket Is $200 Off, But Act Fast Save 35%: Good (or bad) news, everyone: Autumn is officially here. On the bad side, that means the balmy days of summer are now officially behind us until 2020, and the chill of winter lies dead ahead, like an iceberg in the path of our Titanic. On the plus side: At long last, it’s fall — the season of football, crisp air, fiery foliage, Halloween and Thanksgiving.
The seasonal transitional also means that, for many of us, it’s time to change out our riding gear for something a little heavier. Then again, if you have the Dainese Corbin D-Dry motorcycle jacket, you don’t really need to. I have the non-hooded version of this jacket, and it’s just about perfect for fall weather — and with proper layering, winter weather as well.

However, only one of the 10 colors is so sharply discounted: Deep Cove, which is sort of a light blue. Kershaw Knockout Damascus Save $88: Damascus steel isn’t just for show. Knives that use it are most obviously characterized by the undulating patterns in their blades, but the involved process of making it — a century’s old method involving the layering of various types of metals — is known to create a final product that’s also incredibly strong. Utilized in a pocket knife, it makes for a tool that’s unique in both aesthetics and effectiveness (and, typically, expensive).
An excellent example of the application of Damascus steel is Kershaw’s Knockout. Kershaw conceived the EDC folder as uncompromising; it uses the company’s Sub-Frame Lock, in which a section of a handle is cut out to make room for a steel insert that bends inward when the blade is deployed to hold it in place, like a traditional frame lock. That construction allowed Kershaw to use aluminum for the rest of the handle, keeping the overall build lightweight yet sturdy. Bose QuietComfort 30 Save $160: The Bose QuietComfort 30 are the company’s wireless noise-canceling earphones. They’re a great option for anybody that wants noise-canceling in-ear headphones, but it’s worth pointing out that they’ve been around since 2016. Yes, this means that Bose is due to come out with an updated version of the QuietComfort 30 in the near future – it already announced that the Bose Noise Cancelling Earbuds 700, the company’s first true wireless earbuds with active noise-cancellation, would be released sometime in 2020 – but it also means you can find some pretty awesome deals on them if you look hard enough.
