Save 25%: Traeger, the company that invented the wood pellet grill, has made better grills than its Texas Elite model. For those unfamiliar with wood pellet grilling, they work by way of an auger pushing tiny hardwood pellets into flames based on temperature readings from an internal computer. You set the temperature you want to cook at — about 150 to 400 in this case — and it does the fire tending for you. This means you have a grill that is fired by a natural, flavor-imparting fuel that you don’t need to stand next to all day. It’s essentially a hands-off smoker mixed with a capable wood grill.
