Vizio 2018 P-Series 4K HDR TV
Save $150: Last year it was one of the best 4K HDR TVs under $1,000 that you could buy. Now, with the advent of the 2019 Vizio P-Series, which promises to be a little brighter, faster and smarter, the prices of these 2018 models are dropping. Best Buy is selling a 55-inch model for $650, which is $150 off what it normally costs, and it’s actually about the same cost of its mid-range M-Series. For real though: the 2018 Vizio P-Series is a seriously good 4K HDR TV. It supports Dolby Vision HDR so, beyond its many dimming zones and great contrast, this TV looks terrific. And Vizio announced that sometime in 2019 it’ll be updated to support AirPlay 2 and HomeKit, which is just another reason why there’s no shame in buying an “older” TV.

All-Clad 12-Inch Fry Pan
Save $15 All-Clad has held the crown as the best maker of stainless steel cookware in the world since its founding in 1971. Its line of pots and pans is vast, filled out with unknowable product acronyms like D5, D5 Armor, C4 and MC2 LTD. But the first set the Pennsylvania company ever made is still the best ever.
All-Clad’s D3 line is made by bonding a top and bottom layer of stainless steel to an aluminum alloy middle layer. This makes for a pan that’s light, heats more quickly than a fully stainless pan and is still safe to cook on without fear of metal leaching into food. In recent years the D3 has received helpful upgrades like a steeper handle for easier tossing and extra aluminum in the core for faster heating (and for use on induction cooktops).
