DON-gear-patrol-TwelveSouth-Stand

Twelve South HiRise for iPhone and iPad
Save $15: This excellent charging stand is an ideal fit for a nightstand or work desk. It’s not a wireless charger, however, and needs your existing Lightning cable to work, but it’s a super convenient way of charging your iPhone or iPad. It’s also makes a great dock for your Apple TV remote. Twelve South has released a newer, but very similar looking version of this stand called the Twelve South HiRise 2 ($40) — It’s technically a little smaller and twice as heavy than the older model — which explains the heavily discounted price of this model. Still, $15 for a stand that’ll work with most of your Apple devices is a pretty good deal. (Note: the 12.9-inch iPad Pro is too big to work with this stand.) — Tucker Bowe

DON-gear-patrol-Phillips-Sonicare

The 2 Series is a solid entry-level electric toothbrush with a number of easy to use features. It has a smartimer to encourage users to brush for two minutes. And its EasyStart feature gradually increases the power of the brush over its first 14 uses to help transition users over from a manual toothbrush. — Tucker Bowe

Shun-Classic-4-Piece-Knife-Set-gear-patrol-lead-fullShun

Shun Kitchen Knives
Save $278: In the world of mass-market kitchen knives, it doesn’t get much better than Shun. The Japanese manufacturer is known for its ultra-thin, ultra-sharp blades. They’re less utilitarian than most German knives, which excel at less refined jobs like breaking down a chicken. But when it comes to slicing, Shun blades easily outperform the European competition. Right now, you can grab a four-piece set of Shun knives from Williams Sonoma for just $160 — that’s $278 off the suggested retail price. It includes a six-inch chef’s knife, serrated utility knife, small paring knife and wooden storage block that can also house a honing steel rod (not included). — Jack Seemer

Yeti-Hopper-Flip-12-gear-patrol-full-leadYeti

Yeti Hopper 12 Cooler
Save 11%: Yeti’s Hopper Flip was originally released as a smaller alternative to its wildly-popular tote-style soft coolers. It comes in a more traditional (and more portable) cube shape. But despite being one of the smallest coolers Yeti makes, the Flip is no small fry. The Flip 12 holds 16 pounds of ice on its own, or 13 beers (with a two-to-one ice-to-can ratio). The Flip is constructed just like its larger Hopper siblings, with ColdCell foam insulation on the sides, bottom and lid. That makes it equally suited to toting beers on the river, or carting lunch to the office.

Yeti recently reduced the price of the Hopper Flip 12 by 11%, which brings it down to $250. Note: The button below links to Amazon, but the Hopper Flip 12 is also available at this price directly from Yeti’s site. — Tanner Bowden
