Let’s be honest: every year, Prime Day feels a little more like digital Black Friday chaos — a flood of blinking discounts, mystery-brand gadgets, and coupons on stuff nobody asked for. It’s easy to get lost in the noise or worse, tricked into buying something that’ll gather dust by August. But here’s the good news: not all hope is lost.
We spend all year learning, testing, reviewing, and obsessing over the best products in tech, home, style, outdoors, and more. So when Prime Day rolls around, we know exactly what to look for—and, more importantly, what to ignore.
Here we’ve collected only the real discounts on gear we’ve actually used, loved, and recommended before today from brands we know well and trust.

Fellow Gen 2 Ode Burr Coffee Grinder
The Fellow Ode Gen 2 is an electric flat‑burr coffee grinder built for brew methods like pour‑over, French press, AeroPress and cold brew—espresso is out of its range. It features large 64 mm Gen 2 burrs with a two‑stage design for precise, consistent grind across 31 stepped settings, offering balanced and complex flavor. Enhanced anti‑static tech and a magnetic catch cup keep grounds tidy, plus a built‑in knocker and auto‑stop make single‑dose use effortless. A PID‑controlled motor ensures quiet, consistent RPMs, and its sleek aluminum body fits neatly on any countertop while grinding up to 100 g.
Chefs swear by this versatile, made in the USA zester and micro grater. It’s sharp, maneuverable, dishwasher safe and can handle far more cooking tasks than you think.
The best feature of this beefy power bank is that it integrates two USB-C cables that can both charge other devices or be plugged into a wall charger to recharge the battery. One is 2.3 ft long and retractable for easy storage. The other pulls double duty as a carrying handle. Performance-wise, it can deliver up to 100W to three devices simultaneously, including multiple laptops.
The GMT version of the Waterbury is sized at a compelling 39mm and boasts a stainless-steel case, rotating bezel, date window, and stainless-steel bracelet. This isn’t the lowest price we’ve ever seen the watch hit, but it’s close. Deals also apply to the version on a rubber strap.
The Halfday Garment bag balances price and performance, even in its bigger and more premium forms, making it our editor’s pick for best garment duffle. The 45L version in particular is capable of keeping two suits relatively wrinkle-free while hauling other clothes as a stand-alone bag, as long as travelers can keep their shoe selection and other bulky items to a minimum. Upgrading to the premium version of the bag, which comes with more organizational pockets, including a larger external pocket for a laptop, will be the smart move for most travelers who can afford to pay more for something a little nicer.
Instead of the stem-bud design of its Ear and Ear (a), Nothing’s latest wireless earbuds, the Ear Open, have a new open-ear design with ear hooks. This allows you to better hear the world around you while working out or commuting. The earbuds have directional speakers that promise minimal sound leakage (a common problem with open earbuds). And their charging case has a neat transparent lid.
The Thermapen ONE is one of the most respected kitchen tools on the planet these days, which is why you’ll spot it in nearly any cooking-related TV show. It delivers fast, accurate readings, is dead simple to use, and is long enough to keep your hands away from the heat.
Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron 5.5 qt Oven
This matches the lowest price we’ve seen on this iconic kitchen staple since the fall of 2021. Le Creuset’s colorful enameled Dutch ovens are as beautiful as they are functional.
This is by far the lowest price we’ve ever seen this premium coffee maker hit. It looks great on the countertop and makes artisan coffee with the push of a button by simulating a skilled barista pour-over process. If you want to splurge on a coffee machine, this is the time to do so. The only major downside is that it only brews a maximum of 8 cups at a time.
Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven and Trivet Bundle (9 Quart)
The Dutch oven is one of the most versatile pieces of cookware ever made, and this is the lowest price we’ve seen Lodge’s bigger cast-iron Dutch oven hit. It’s big enough to cook for several families at home or camping.
This is the lowest price we’ve seen this advanced rowing machine hit. The Peloton Row is a sleek, high-end rowing machine that delivers full-body, low-impact workouts with immersive, instructor-led classes. It features a smooth, quiet magnetic resistance system and a large rotating HD screen that enhances training sessions. Users praise its build quality, ergonomic seat, and real-time form feedback, which helps improve technique. There are equally good, if not better, machines on the market at this price point, but the Row fits well into Peloton’s ecosystem, offering personalized progress tracking. However, that comes at a premium price and requires a monthly subscription for full functionality. Some users note limited live class options compared to cycling. Still, it’s a strong choice for committed home fitness enthusiasts seeking variety.
Apple’s seventh-generation iPad Mini is a refined update that, while not revolutionary, brings several noteworthy enhancements. Under the hood, the iPad Mini 7 now boasts the A17 Pro processor, delivering a 30% boost in CPU performance and a 25% increase in GPU capabilities over its predecessor. Additionally, Apple has doubled the base storage to 128GB, addressing previous concerns about limited space. The new model also supports the advanced Apple Pencil Pro, enhancing productivity for note-takers and creatives alike. This is the lowest price we’ve seen the tablet hit.
This matches the lowest price we’ve seen Sonos’s first-ever headphones hit. They sound great and are incredibly comfortable to wear. Additionally, for those with a Sonos soundbar, you can quickly swap your TV’s audio to these headphones for a private listening session.
Ooni released this updated version of the Karu 16 at the end of last year, and we called the original Ooni’s best pizza oven. Compared to the original Karu 16 multi-fuel, the new Karu 2 Pro ships with an improved Clearview glass door that’s 45% bigger than before, making checking in on your cooking progress easier. It also ships with a new Ooni Connect digital temperature hub with a dedicated food probe that can wirelessly sync with the Ooni App for remote temperature monitoring. Temp control has also improved thanks to a new rear inlet control. Like the original Karu 16 multi-fuel, the Pro 2 is compatible with wood and charcoal fuels out of the box, but propane’s an option, too, with an additional adaptor that’s sold separately. Most importantly, it’s still big enough to cook 16″ pizzas or other items like breads and steaks thanks to 5.7″ of internal oven height.
Branch’s standing desk stands out for its 10-year warranty and OLED control panel. This deal applies to several different top colors, leg combinations, and tabletop sizes.
Breeo Smokeless FIrePit (X Series 24, Corten Steel)
Unlike many popular fire pits designed mainly for warmth, Breeo excels at cooking, especially if you are willing to purchase some of the brand’s accessories. That said, it’s still a nice and cozy option for enjoying a drink outside with friends.
Adventure Medical Kits Sportsman Series Medical Kit – 400
It’ll always be cheaper and probably better to build a first-aid kit yourself. But Adventure Medical Kits’ pre-packaged options are widely considered to be the best in the industry. This sizeable version includes enough supplies to handle 10 people for up to 14 days, hospital-quality supplies, and a full field trauma kit.
Yeti’s line of rotomolded coolers needs no introduction and is responsible for inspiring an entire new sub-genre of lookalikes. The Tundra 35 is often overshadowed by its bigger 45 sibling, but this is a very versatile size for smaller outings or anyone looking to save space in an overpacked trunk. This is the first discount we’ve seen on this color.
Yeti made its name with high-performance coolers, and the Tundra 45 is still one of the brand’s marquee products. It is indispensable for food and drink storage in any climate and location.
The YETI Hopper M20 Backpack Soft Cooler blends hands-free convenience with solid insulation. Featuring MagShield Access—a magnetic closure that stays open when needed and seals tight to lock in cold—this cooler resists leaks and is easy to access. Its DryHide shell protects from punctures and UV exposure, while ColdCell insulation keeps ice cold for hours. The ergonomic straps and slim profile let you carry up to 36 cans or about 22 pounds of ice comfortably. Note: Earlier models were recalled due to magnet hazards—check yours at YETI.com.
Even at a discount of $105, Yeti’s beverage bucket is far from essential. But it’s still a luxury that anyone who entertains frequently will appreciate. It can hold up to 6 longnecks or 3 bottles of wine or enough ice to fill plenty of cocktail glasses.
With a 1-oz twist-off cap for measuring shots and a leak-resistant and dishwasher-safe design, the Rambler cocktail shaker is just as useful at home as it is at a campsite.
This is the first time we’ve seen a discount pop-up on Yeti’s first-ever coffee maker that was launched just last year. Two sizes are available, though we’d strongly recommend the 64 oz. version to anyone who ever expects to make coffee for more than two people regularly.
This is a premium iteration of the grill we recommend as the best option for most people. It features three burners alongside an integrated side burner for sautéing vegetables or other cooking needs beyond the main grill surface.
The 10-inch version of our pick for best overall cast-iron skillet is smoother and lighter than you’re used to and engineered to last a lifetime. It’s also made in the USA, and we’ve never seen a non-refurbished version priced this low on Amazon. There’s also a deal that includes this skillet’s matching lid or another bundle that includes a fiber brush, chain mail scrubber and organic seasoning oil.
The 12-inch version of our pick for best overall cast-iron skillet is smoother and lighter than you’re used to and engineered to last a lifetime. It’s also made in the USA, and we’ve never seen a non-refurbished version priced this low on Amazon. There’s also a deal that includes this skillet’s matching lid.
Another brand may be responsible for making giant temperature-regulating straw mugs popular recently, but the Yeti Rambler might actually be a better option if keeping drinks cold is your priority.
Sometimes, simple is best. This tried-and-true fire starter can create hot sparks in any weather, including rain and snow, and is suitable for over 15,000 strikes, making it an excellent and cheap backup option for your bug-out bag or camping kit.
The Sony WH-1000XM6 are the company’s new flagship noise-canceling wireless headphones for 2025, and they’ve been completely upgraded over the brand’s 2022-released XM5. Compared to its predecessors, the XM6 have drastically improved ANC thanks to a new processor (which is “seven times faster”) and twelve built-in mics (versus the previous eight). They boast a redesigned driver and new upscaling technology for improved sound. And the headphones have an improved foldable design — they can fold flat and compactly (the latter their predecessors could not) — and have a round on/off power button (instead of being the same shape as the ANC button). The only real caveat is that Sony added $50 to the price tag.
The KEF LSX II is one of our favorite active speakers. It’s super versatile with a wide range of wireless (including AirPlay 2) and wired connections. Sadly, a pair of these used to sell for $1,300 or less, but the price has recently jumped to what appears to be a new baseline of $1,500.
There are many options for smart switches these days. Lutron’s Caseta system, however, is routinely viewed as one of, if not the best, consumer systems on the market in terms of reliability and compatibility. The DIVA dimmer is a recent introduction that provides all of the functionality you’d expect from a smart dimmer while still looking like a relatively normal paddle switch. This is matches the lowest price we’ve seen this switch hit since it launched.
This is one of the most versatile and well-reviewed home EV chargers on the market. Amazon is offering deals on the plug-in and hardwired charger versions for J1772 plug-type vehicles (i.e., non-Tesla EVs). That said, it should be noted that the EV market in America is slowly transitioning to Tesla-style plugs over time, so at some point, buyers of future EVs may need an adaptor to keep using this charger at home. We haven’t seen this charger drop to this low price point since Black Friday of last year.
This has long been one of our top recommendations for hard-sided suitcases. It boasts a hard‑sided polycarbonate shell and quiet 360° spinner wheels, a high‑grade telescoping handle with dual height settings, and an extra underside grab makes overhead lifting easier. Inside, a double‑buckle compression pad, mesh laundry pouch, and hanging pocket keep essentials organized. The 48‑liter capacity packs up to three days’ worth of clothes while snugly fitting most U.S. overhead bins.
This larger checked suitcase offers all the qualities we like about Away’s carry-on luggage while providing enough space to handle a week’s worth of clothes.
This is the lowest price we’ve seen this camp cooking set hit since 2016. It includes a 5.3-liter and a 3.2-liter pot/sauce pan with a folding handle, four deep dish plates, and four polypropylene insulated mugs. The standout feature is the strainer lids, which make it easy to cook pasta and other dishes without needing a separate piece of cookware.
This is the lowest price we’ve ever seen the latest version of Apple’s AirPods Max headphones hit. They are exactly the same as the 2020-released noise-canceling headphones — same abilities thanks to its (now-older) H1 chip and same fit—but they’ve been updated with USB-C charging (instead of Lightning) and a couple of new colorways. This is the first time these new models have been discounted.
The absolute best way to get an amazing shot of espresso on the cheap is now even more affordable. It’s a perfect addition to a road trip or camping kit.
Even after Apple unveiled the new AirPods 4, the AirPods Pro 2 are still the most advanced AirPods Apple sells. They have the best audio quality and most powerful noise cancellation of any of Apple’s wireless earbuds. Thanks to a software update, they’re also now equipped with new hearing health and hearing aid functionality. This is the lowest price we’ve seen this pair hit to date.
This is the lowest price we’ve seen Apple’s new entry-level wireless earbuds hit. They have the same open-air design (no silicone ear tips) and sound exactly like the AirPods 4 with active noise-cancellation — both have the same H2 chip and internal acoustic architecture. These baseline models lack active noise cancellation or transparency modes.
The AirPods 4 with Active Noise-Cancellation are Apple’s midrange wireless earbuds. They have the same open-air design and fit as the entry-level AirPods 4 and the exact same sound quality. However, the exact $50 gets you some pretty notable upgrades, including noise-cancellation and transparency modes. The other big improvement is that the charging case supports wireless charging and has a built-in speaker (for Find My). This is the lowest price they’ve hit so far.
The packable front duffle from Away is backed by a lightweight polycarbonate shell and features oversized wheels, storage pockets and a strap compression system for squeezing more inside.
We can’t recall ever seeing this high-end drip coffee machine sell for 50% off, which makes this one of the standout deals of Prime Day. There’s a reason this has been the gold standard of drip coffee makers for years. It boasts excellent water temperature regulation, a classic design, and a 5-year warranty.
The variation of our best-designed coffee maker pick brews delicious coffee and features a simple design that’ll last for years. This version brews into a heat-retaining stainless steel carafe instead of a glass carafe that sits on a hot pad.
This is a new low price for the highest-end and most cutting-edge mesh Wi-Fi routing system from Eero. Wi-Fi 7 compatibility is still relatively rare, but all of this year’s new iPhone 16 models and iPads, as well as the PS5 Pro, were recently upgraded to it, and plenty of more devices will add the capability over the years ahead. This particular setup can support internet plans up to 10 Gbps, though most people don’t have access to that kind of bandwidth at home and manage up to 500+ connected devices.
Like all Yetis, this smaller wheeled cooler is built like a tank and capable of holding up to 76 cans or 54 lbs of ice. It’s also wine bottle compatible. It’s arguably the perfect tailgate or weekend sporting event cooler and right now it’s on sale in camp green only.
This portable version of Yeti’s famous cooler has a shoulder strap to help you lug it wherever cold refreshments are needed. It can fit 33 cans, or 30 with some ice.
We wouldn’t call this one of Yeti’s most essential products, but at 30% off, it’s undoubtedly an excellent upgrade for anyone who hosts guests regularly outdoors or likes to enjoy wine while camping.
Engineered from Yeti’s virtually indestructible double-walled stainless steel, this dog bowl holds up to eight cups of kibble or water. Non-slip and machine washable, this is ideal for messy eaters and drinkers.
Pilots and flight attendants swear by Travelpro as a brand, thanks to the company’s knack for blending thoughtful features, extreme durability, and unobtrusive aesthetics. This is widely regarded as one of the best checked luggage bag options for the money. The only real downside is universal to big checked bags – you can easily pack it to exceed most airlines’ weight limits.
Travelpro’s Platinum Elite line is the legendary travel brand’s premier entry in the hard-sided checked luggage space. It has everything you need to protect your stuff on your next trip, including the ability to expand in the event you shop while away from home.
Away’s trunk is a different take on a large checked bag. It’s slightly taller and narrower. It also doesn’t open like a full clamshell down the middle. Instead, the zipper is positioned slightly higher on the side, creating a large easy to access trunk for packing and accessing clothes. It’s a great solution for people who need to haul a lot and don’t feel like unpacking at their destination.
The Pelican 1650 is a rugged, wheeled carry-on for serious protection made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty. Constructed from ultra-high-impact copolymer, it’s crushproof, dustproof and fully sealed against water when closed. The interior features organized liners with compression straps to keep cargo organized

Its 2.2-horsepower motor handles a range of tasks, from blending smoothies to processing tougher ingredients like nuts and fibrous vegetables. The 64-ounce container uses self-detect technology to adjust settings automatically, while a variable-speed dial and pulse function give users control over texture. Bluetooth connectivity works with the Vitamix app to access additional programs and recipes. A built-in timer helps prevent over-blending, and the components are easy to clean. Backed by a 10-year warranty, the A2300 offers reliable performance in a practical, user-friendly design.
A firefighter invented this grilling accessory as an alternative to the typical wire brushes that can damage grates over time or, worse, sometimes leave stray metallic parts in your food. It uses steam to remove grease and grime, and the head is easily after repeated rounds of cleaning.
The WiiM Amp Ultra is the company’s most powerful and refined streaming amplifier that, according to the brand, “builds on the streaming power users loved in the Amp Pro and combines it with the premium display experience introduced in the WiiM Ultra (its premium music streamer).” It can deliver 100 watts per channel (into 8 ohms) or 200 watts (into 4 ohms). It features an audiophile-grade DAC and a dual Class-D amp chip that allows it to stream audio up to 32-bit/384 kHz. And, thanks to an HDMI ARC input, it’s also primed to be the hub of your home theater setup.
We called this one of the best 100 products of 2024 for good reason. The WiiM Amp Pro takes the brand’s minimalist, high-value ethos to new sonic heights. Building on the success of the original Amp, this all-in-one streaming amplifier adds a premium DAC with 32-bit/384kHz support and Post-Filter Feedback technology for cleaner, lower-distortion playback. HDMI ARC, optical, and analog inputs keep things flexible, while built-in streaming covers Spotify, Tidal, AirPlay 2, and more. At $379, it’s an accessible yet capable centerpiece for anyone looking to modernize passive speakers without diving deep into high-end hi-fi. Just add speakers, and the Amp Pro does the rest—quietly punching well above its price point.
You’ve probably never heard of this accessory. Still, it can improve the quality of your home espresso by ensuring every shot you pull is evenly extracted and consistent. It’s available in various sizes to fit most machines and features a flat stainless-steel base and sturdy anodized aluminum handle, offering a comfortable grip and solid feel. Three interchangeable springs (15, 25, and 30 lb) allow you to fine-tune pressure, and the leveling plate helps ensure a flat tamp every time.
