East Fork’s cult-favorite pottery will be 30 percent off beginning at noon, 11/25. The pieces will be seconds quality — more on that here — but there will be lots of them, and the sale will run until they’re sold through.
If you don’t know about East Fork’s viral coffee mugs by now you are not very good at the internet. The Asheville, North Carolina company’s stoneware pottery are made of clay sourced from the Southeast and are all made in their studio. So while they may look like your everyday #branded direct-to-consumer brand, they’re quite different. There is a set number of pieces they can make any given week, and a set number of pieces you can buy. That’s why The Mug, which is restocked every Tuesday at noon, was effectively sold out for a full year. This will be your best shot at getting one (or a few) for the forseeable future.
