Students have been able to get $100 off these same MacBook Pros for around a month, as part of Apple’s “Back to School” promotions, but now anybody can get pretty much the same deal. (Apple is cushioning the deal by offering students a free pair of Beats headphones with the purchase, which is actually pretty darn nice.)
As a refresher, Apple just updated its latest line of 13-inch MacBook Pro in July 2019. The new models now have the latest Intel processors, Touch ID and updated keyboards. It should be noted that all new 13-inch MacBook Pros have a Touch Bar; if you’d rather have a row of function keys, you’ll have to get an older model.
