Amazon just released the Echo Show 5, which is essentially a smaller and more privacy-focused version of the Echo Show (2nd Gen), a few weeks ago — and it’s already on sale. For Prime Day, you can buy the Echo Show 5 for nearly half off.
The Echo Show 5 is the perfect size to fit any nightstand and it makes a terrific smart alarm clock. In addition to asking it to set an alarm or what the weather will be like, or to play music, the Echo Show 5 will work with any smart camera that works with Alexa, so you can summon a live feed any time you want. You can also watch Amazon Prime Video, although the 5.5-inch display might be a bit small for most people.
