Timex and Todd Snyder’s collaboration watches have been home runs for both companies — from its vast archives, Todd Snyder is able to select his favorite watches to recreate with modern proportions and materials, and there are plenty of cool timepieces to choose from.
The “Mod Watch” is a recreation of a vintage model from the 1970s that uses a unique “roulette wheel” dial incorporating concentric 12-hour, 24-hour and 5-minute interval rings in alternating colors. It uses a 40mm steel case, a three-hand quartz movement, a mineral crystal, luminous hands, and a quick-release leather strap, available in several colors. Right now, you can get the Mod Watch in one of two dial colors and in several different strap colors for just $75, a 50% savings off of list price.
With 50m of water resistance, the Mod Watch is a good summer option — throw it on a NATO or a perlon and it’s ready for the weekend.
