I’ve had an Apple watch since 2015 and am a bit obsessed. Putting my watch on is the first thing I do every morning, and I enjoy that the watch nudges me (buzzes on my wrist) every hour to stand up, encourages me to get moving at night if I neglected to work out in the morning and logs every step of my commute in addition to tracking my meditation minutes. Yes, you do have to charge it every night, so sleep tracking is not possible, but as a runner I appreciate that I can check my miles at the end of every day.
