Target’s pile of affordable private label home collections is growing quickly — Project 62, Made By Design, Threshold, Room Essentials and others have all sprouted up just in the last few years. The lines are each meant to serve a different person’s taste, but all are equally hellbent on staying inexpensive.
Today, more than 100 pieces — bar carts, stools, side chairs, desks and more — are steeply discounted in the brand’s clearance section. Markdowns depend heavily on the product category, but seem to range between 20 to 50 percent off sticker prices.
