There really aren’t any true wireless earbuds that actually have active noise-cancellation. Sony’s SP700N true wireless earbuds claim to, but, as I’ve stated in my review, the noise-canceling doesn’t work very well. That aside, the SP700N’s do have a lot of redeeming qualities. They sound good. They are sweat- and water-resistant. And thanks to a combo of silicone earbuds and earwings, you can get them to fit very snugly in your ears. All in all, I’d recommend them to most anybody looking for true wireless earbuds to workout in.

If you’ve been looking into true wireless earbuds, you’ve likely noticed that they’re expensive. Apple’s AirPods cost $159, which is actually pretty competitive. You could even spend as high as $300, on Sennheiser’s and Master & Dynamic’s offerings. Sony’s SP700N are also pretty expensive – usually coming in at $178 – but if you’re looking for a sharp deal eBay is selling them for more than $75 off. Granted, these models are “manufacturer refurbished,” which could be a turn-off, but remember that eBay has a pretty lenient, 30-day return policy.
