The brand was the first to use waxed cotton fabric in motorcycle jackets, setting the standard for the industry. Staying true to its roots, Belstaff still uses water-repellent 6-ounce waxed cotton in its jackets. If you’re not a motorcycle rider, a great style for everyday wear is the Explorer, a field jacket with four front flap pockets. The jacket has a hidden zipper, a high neck with a packable hood and a viscose lining. Normally $795, it’s now 30 percent off at East Dane and costs $557.
