Apple’s AirPods make great holiday gifts and with Christmas fast approaching, you can actually get a pretty good deal on them, too. If you shop on Amazon, you can save $20 on regular AirPods and $30 on AirPods with the wireless charging case. Both are the latest-generation models.
As a reminder, the new AirPods have Apple’s new H1 chip and that allows them to pair quicker to your iPhone and use “Hey Siri” completely hands-free Siri capabilities. Other than that, they look and sound the exact same as the first-generation AirPods.
If you’re in the market for AirPods Pro, Apple’s higher-end wireless earbuds with active noise-cancellation, it’s going to a little bit tougher. That’s because they’re completely sold out online ahead of the holidays, according to a CNBC report yesterday. In-store stocks are extremely limited, too, and if you’re hoping to have any luck you’ll have to try going to 3rd-party retail stores like Target, Walmart or Best Buy.
