While generally regarded as some of the best value buys in formal footwear, Allen Edmonds dress shoes aren’t exactly cheap — most of its classic styles retail for $425 (a relatively small sum for a lifetime investment). Well, good news for the budget shoppers out there: looking ahead to Father’s Day, the company has slashed $175 off the asking price of a handful of brown dress shoes, including the Fifth Avenue Cap-Toe and McAllister Wingtip oxfords, among others.
