While on vacation in Saint-Tropez, France, 2009 F1 World Champion Jenson Button, his wife and a few friends were the victims of a burglary. Supposedly, the thieves pumped sleeping gas into the air vents while everyone was asleep to ensure a successful robbery. An estimated $400,000 was stolen from the couple, including an engagement ring worth a reported $387,000.
With four laps to go, Marc Marquez took the lead from Jorge Lorenzo and held him off long enough to secure victory at the Indianapolis GP, maintaining a perfect win record on US soil.
