Last-Lap Tire Explosion Destroys Vettel’s Race

After Hamilton disappeared off into distance the at the beginning of the race, the top step of the podium was all but set; the rest of the field was a crapshoot. Rosberg had to scrap a little for second and Vettel looked like he had third place all sewn up until his right rear tire exploded coming out of Radillion onto the back straight, on the last lap, landing him in 12th and out of the points.

Christian Bale Puts His Temper to Good Use

Christian Bale is set to star in the long-awaited Enzo Ferrari biopic, with Michael Mann said to be directing. Mann’s raw style should be a perfect fit to tell the story of Ferrari’s meteoric rise in the racing world. Bale seems to be perfectly cast as well, seeing as how Mr. Ferrari was famous for more than a few temper tantrums himself.

Put a ‘Ring on It

The 4C did a fantastic job of grabbing attention for Alfa Romeo in the States. And now the more practical four-door Giulia looks to be the next foothold. A new video of the sedan testing at the ‘Ring should be a good sign of Italian things to come.

Made in China

As early as 2016, Buick will be building all but two Buick models in China and importing them to the US. Buick offers a range of models in China not available in the States, and the brand is a big seller over there, so the production relocation makes complete sense, financially.
