Ford’s Bronco is one of the most iconic SUVs of all time, full stop. One of its greatest strengths is its stylistic applicability to various purposes and tastes.

With a few tweaks, it can go from road-ready daily driver to off-road powerhouse, mobile camper, river-fording hauler and much more. In the case of Ford Custom Garage’s latest project, the 2025 Ford Bronco Coastal Package, it turns into the perfect summertime cruiser.

High-ho, Silver!

First and foremost, it’s important to note that this is an upgrade package for the 2024 Bronco and beyond. You’ll have to own or purchase the base vehicle to access the kit.

For those interested, the Coastal Package fits the 2- and 4-door Bronco Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks and Badlands models. It is not, however, compatible with the Sasquatch.

The standard upgrades include a silver 17-inch by 8-inch wheel kit, a Ford Performance Parts 2-inch suspension kit, retro stripe graphics, silver fender flares and matching grille and a Bimini (mesh) top.

When applied, it gives the iconic SUV a retro, warm-weather-ready flair that wouldn’t be out of place seen driving down the coast, by the lake or even out at the campground.

But wait, there’s more

Along with the standard upgrades, there are a few extras you can get for an upcharge. These include chunkier off-road tires, a Ford Performance Parts ProCal diagnostic tool and, most interestingly, a door deletion.

Perhaps the most retro and summer-ready upgrade of all, the door deletion swaps the standard door panels for a tube kit. Like off-road-ready Jeep Wranglers, this gives the Bronco a more open-air cabin that’s breezy and stylish without sacrificing safety or legality.

Even with the optional upgrades, the 2025 Ford Bronco Coastal Package is still completely street-legal. That means you can take it down to the beach (Pismo, anyone?) and then hit the road when it’s time to head home without any prep work.
